(CCS) has been building Atlanta's commercial cabling infrastructure since 2005. Compensation & Benefits Hourly W-2 position Pay range: $18-$24/Hour Health, vision, and dental coverage 3% IRA match after 1 year PTO accrual based on years of service Overtime available when project demands require it Monday-Saturday schedule with Sundays always off About The Role We're hiring a Field Technician / Cabling Technician to perform structured cabling work across a variety of project environments throughout the Atlanta area. This is hands-on field work — not an office telecom or IT support role. You'll work alongside experienced leads on projects in hospitals, schools, data facilities, and other professional environments while building your skills toward future foreman or project management opportunities as the company continues to grow. What You'll Be Doing Install and run structured cabling on commercial and hospital job sites Support low-voltage installation and commissioning across Atlanta projects Perform physical field work including lifting, climbing, bending, and crawling Work at heights between 6-30 feet on active construction sites Handle service and installation work in indoor and outdoor environments Collaborate with project managers, foremen, and field leads Maintain clean, professional job sites and represent CCS well with clients What We're Looking For Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift Comfortable working outdoors and in non-climate-controlled environments High school diploma or equivalent Must maintain good personal hygiene and present yourself professionally while representing the company on job sites Must pass background check, drug screening, and E-Verify requirements Why Join CCS Real growth path into lead tech, foreman, and project management roles Stable commercial work with a company operating continuously since 2005 Sundays off — non-negotiable company standard rooted in company values Tight-knit team where leadership notices strong work and initiative Metro Atlanta-based project work with long-term client relationships and repeat business The Right Fit This role is for someone who wants to grow in the trade and take ownership of their work.
