We support large-scale deployments, retail rollouts, and enterprise environments across the U.S. We're looking for reliable, skilled Field Technicians who can travel, execute jobs independently, and collaborate with remote support teams. What You'll Do You will work on national projects and local service calls , including: Core Responsibilities Travel to customer sites (local + nationwide as needed) Perform installations, upgrades, and maintenance Work with remote engineers/support teams to complete tasks Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site Document work performed (photos, notes, reports) Work Types You'll be involved in a variety of technical projects:

Networking:

Router/switch installs, configurations, troubleshooting

Cabling:

Ethernet/low-voltage cable runs, terminations, testing Point-of-Sale (POS): Install, replace, and support POS systems

AV & Digital Signage:

Mounting displays, configuring media players

Security:

Camera systems (CCTV), access control installs

Telecom:

VoIP phones, modem/router setup

IoT Devices:

Installation and connectivity setup

Project Types National Rollouts:

Large-scale deployments across multiple sites

IMACs:

Install, Move, Add, Change requests

Break/Fix:

Diagnose and repair hardware/network issues

Preventative Maintenance:

Routine inspections and system checks Requirements Experience in IT, networking, or field service work Ability to travel (required for national projects) Comfortable working independently on-site Strong troubleshooting skills Ability to follow instructions and work with remote support Basic tools (laptop, cable tools, etc.) preferred Valid driver's license & reliable transportation Nice to Have Experience with Cisco, Fortinet, or similar equipment POS or retail deployment experience Low-voltage or cabling certification Field Nation / WorkMarket experience Why Join Us Flexible, on-demand work Consistent project pipeline Opportunity to work on nationwide deployments Grow into long-term or full-time role Work with enterprise-level clients
