A Telecommunications Field Technician telecommunications Field Service Technician installs, repairs and maintains voice, data and video systems for a company's customers at the customer site. Prepares and documents a customer's network prior to implementing telecommunication system. Installs IP, network equipment and facilities. Acts as the first point of issue resolution, responds to field engineering issues and troubleshooting telecommunication problems. May train less experienced field technicians.

Job Description We are seeking Level 1 and Level 2 Telecom Infrastructure Technicians to support the installation and maintenance of critical telecommunications infrastructure. Candidates will work in telecommunications, electrical, construction, and data center environments installing DC power systems, cable pathways, grounding systems, and related infrastructure. Skills and Requirements Preferred Experience Telecommunications, electrical, construction, or data center experience Experience with DC power systems and telecom infrastructure Knowledge of cable routing, grounding, and pathway installation Ability to obtain OSHA 30 and other required safety certifications Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Basic understanding of hand and power tools Ability to read measuring devices and perform basic math Ability to lift up to 75 lbs Comfortable climbing ladders and working in active construction environments Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
