This role performs fiber optic, coaxial, Ethernet, and structured cabling installations while ensuring high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service. The MDU Technician works closely with property management, residents, construction teams, and field leadership to complete installations, service calls, upgrades, and network maintenance in accordance with engineering specifications, company standards, and customer expectations. Document completed work, field modifications, and conduit conditions. Submit completed daily work report emails. Local crews are preferred, New Orleans, Baton Rouge, and Lafayette. Qualifications Must be able to pass MVR, background, and drug screen. Install, activate, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain fiber optic, and coaxial services within MDU properties. Lift up to 75 pounds. Experience working in apartment complexes, condominiums, hotels, or other MDU environments. Stand, walk, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the workday in varying weather conditions without aid. Other Requirements Professional communication with management, property managers, residents, and customers. Have a working mobile phone with an active phone number and email address.
