What they do
A Telecommunications Field Technician telecommunications Field Service Technician installs, repairs and maintains voice, data and video systems for a company's customers at the customer site. Prepares and documents a customer's network prior to implementing telecommunication system. Installs IP, network equipment and facilities. Acts as the first point of issue resolution, responds to field engineering issues and troubleshooting telecommunication problems. May train less experienced field technicians.

What You'll Do:
- You'll visit customers' homes, solve problems, and introduce them to smart home tech. + Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers' homes + Teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services when helpful + Keep a clean work area and maintain a professional attitude while working independently but staying connected with the team

What You'll Need:
