A Broadband Technician works both inside and outside of a residential or business customer's building to install, change, repair and disconnect broadband services including data, digital TV and voice services. Troubleshoots at time of installation and returns at scheduled time if technical issues arise. Educates customers about ordered services.
This is a Cable installation technician position. We provide training and orientation at $15 Dollars per hour After orientation•We Provide Company Truck & Tools at no expense to you!! We pay weekly. You If:
You have strong customer service skills and are comfortable interacting with customers throughout the day. You are mechanically inclined and enjoy hands-on work. You have experience using hand and power tools . You are comfortable working on ladders and at heights . Experience as a handyman, carpenter, installer, technician, machinist, or similar trade is a plus. You learn by doing, understand how things work, and can troubleshoot problems . You are dependable and willing to work weekends and extended hours when needed . (MUST

Responsibilities:
Install, relocate, service, and troubleshoot internet, cable, telephone, and alarm services at customer locations. Follow company installation, safety, and customer service standards. Safely operate and maintain tools and equipment. Keep your vehicle organized and properly stocked with necessary equipment. Complete required reports and service documentation accurately.
Requirements:
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Ability to safely operate hand and power tools. Ability to climb ladders and work at heights of up to 30 feet . Ability to lift and carry up to 85 lbs. Ability to work in tight spaces, including attics and crawl spaces. Must be available to work weekends , as well as occasional evenings, extended hours, and holidays based on business needs. Prior broadband or cable installation experience is helpful but not required for mechanically inclined candidates.
