Job Description

At MasTec Advanced Technologies, we bring reliable fiber and coax internet, TV, and phone services to residential customers nationwide. We invest in our technicians from day one by providing paid training, company-issued equipment, and the support needed to work safely, efficiently, and confidently in the field.

Local city and surrounding areas (within approximately a 90-minute travel radius) Why Join MasTec Competitive pay of $23/hour beginning on your first day Paid four-week training program with classroom instruction and hands-on field experience Company-provided take-home vehicle with fuel included Tools and equipment provided — only lace-up work boots required Career advancement opportunities into leadership and management roles Independent work environment with flexibility, autonomy, and a variety of daily responsibilities Responsibilities Install and activate residential fiber and coax internet, TV, and phone services Route, organize, and secure cabling through attics, crawlspaces, basements, and exterior entry points Diagnose connectivity and equipment-related issues and complete required repairs Test systems and equipment to ensure proper performance and service quality Deliver professional, customer-focused service while representing MasTec in the field Qualifications Comfortable working on ladders within a 375-lb combined weight limit Ability to lift and carry 60-80 lbs and work at heights up to 36 feet Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Willingness to travel to Blacklick, OH for training Training begins July 13th — apply today and take the next step toward a rewarding long-term career with MasTec Advanced Technologies.
