Key Responsibilities Visit local customer business locations to install and set up new computer hardware. Handle physical installation tasks such as running data cables and securely mounting hardware. Prepare equipment for deployment by loading software, configuring system images, and ensuring readiness for onsite installation. Proactively seek opportunities to grow your skills, take on additional responsibilities, and advance your career. Skills, Knowledge & Expertise Strong ability to follow instructions carefully and ask for clarification when needed. Exhibit a professional demeanor at all times. Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a genuine commitment to delivering a great experience. Team-oriented mindset, with the desire to collaborate and support teammates.
