3+ Years Job Summary Seeking a Field Service Technician to provide hands-on IT installation, troubleshooting, and support for construction job sites. The role will involve setting up mobile offices, workstations, networking equipment, and internet connectivity. Key Responsibilities Set up and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, phones, cameras, and peripherals. Install and configure routers, switches, Wi-Fi, Ethernet, and other network equipment. Set up LTE/5G hotspots, cellular routers/modems, antennas, and satellite internet such as Starlink. Provide onsite and remote hardware/software troubleshooting. Perform basic cabling and connectivity work. Document installations, issues, and resolutions. Travel frequently to regional and nationwide construction jobsites, including overnight travel. Requirements 3+ years of IT Field Service, Desktop Support, Technical Support, Help Desk, or Systems Administration experience. Hands-on experience with IT hardware and workstation deployment. Experience with networking, routers , switches, Wi-Fi , and Ethernet. Experience with cellular or satellite internet connectivity. Comfortable working at construction jobsites. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and clean driving record. Willingness to travel frequently.Preferred:
Cisco experience, Starlink/satellite internet, construction industry experience, Network+, or Cisco certification.Pay:
$35.00- $40.
