Job Description

GPS Installer - Tennessee Program The GPS Installer is responsible for performing field installations, removals, equipment swaps, and basic troubleshooting of GPS monitoring devices for offenders enrolled in the Lawrenceburg Tennessee program. Working under the direction of the TN Schedule Coordinator and reporting to the Director of Business Development , this role ensures timely, accurate, and professional service delivery in alignment with A2i operational standards. Installer must live in Lawrenceburg or close proximity to the Lawrence County Jail. Key Responsibilities Complete GPS device installations, removals, and maintenance appointments as scheduled by the TN Schedule Coordinator. Verify offender identity, review program expectations, and document all actions according to A2i protocols. Educate offenders on proper device care, charging requirements, and compliance expectations. Conduct equipment checks, troubleshoot device issues, and escalate technical concerns when needed. Maintain accurate records of appointments, device status, and field notes within A2i systems. Represent A2i professionally when interacting with offenders, jails, courts, and partner agencies. Qualifications Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Must Pass a Background Check Strong communication and customer‑service skills. Ability to follow structured procedures and maintain detailed documentation. Experience in offender monitoring, law enforcement, or field service preferred but not required. Installers are compensated at a flat rate of $50.00 for each GPS device installation and $50.00 for each device removal completed.
