) Ability and knowledge to repair and program portable, mobile, and repeater radios 2.) Ability and knowledge to use a spectrum analyzer and other two way radio testing devices. 3.) Ability and knowledge of automotive wiring and installing various two-way radios and other equipment such as lightbars, sirens and strobes. 4.) Experience in installing local repeaters and antenna systems in buildings. 5.) At least 5 years experience in all the above. 6.) Must pass drug test and background check. $15
