We are seeking an experienced Field Manager with a strong background in wireless network deployment, commissioning, and integration. This role is responsible for overseeing site construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and performing advanced troubleshooting across hardware and software systems. Key Responsibilities Execute and oversee site construction, commissioning, and integration activities Ensure compliance with all state and federal safety regulations (OSHA, etc.) Adhere to local build standards and regulatory requirements during site construction Conduct daily coordination with vendors and suppliers (meetings, status updates) Coordinate equipment repair, return, and logistics Verify site quality throughout implementation and acceptance phases Perform commissioning, integration, and troubleshooting tasks Provide accurate and timely reporting of project activities Collaborate with technicians and customer technical teams Troubleshoot RBS systems and components (CBU/DUL, OBIF, RAX, TX) Perform microwave installation, commissioning, and alignment Interpret RF, RAN, and transmission design documentation Ensure health and safety standards are consistently followed Interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications Utilize hand tools and power tools safely Work outdoors in varying weather conditions as required Required Qualifications Willingness to travel up to 80%, including overnight travel Valid Driver's License Minimum 2+ years of experience in: Wireless industry Network rollout or deployment Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Experience with:UMTS, LTE, WCDMA, CDMA, GSM
Cabinet and rack-mounted equipment integration Working knowledge of: Microwave and fiber transmission RAN, RF, and transmission systems Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) Electrical training with telecommunications experience preferred Flexibility in work hours and travel requirements Ability to pass onboarding/background requirementsSimilar jobs in Dallas, TX
