We're seeking a hands-on Field Communications Technicians to install, troubleshoot, and maintain wireless communication and power systems across West TX and Southeast NM. This role is primarily regional with travel required as projects demand. Key Responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain RF radio systems (Cambium, MDS, Freewave, 4RF, Aviat, Ubiquiti) Support video systems (Axis, Hanwha, Bosch, Ubiquiti) Install and troubleshoot AC/DC power systems (12/24/48VDC, ±48VDC) Perform antenna installation, alignment, grounding, and surge protection Terminate Ethernet, coax, and fiber Support LTE/5G, satellite, and industrial network systems Participate in regional on-call rotation Systems & Equipment You'll Work With RF radio systems (licensed and unlicensed spectrum) Wireless networking equipment and network appliances Cameras, sensors, and video systems Tower structures, mounts, enclosures AC/DC power systems and PoE systems LTE/5G and satellite technologies What We're Looking For 2+ years in telecommunications, wireless systems, or industrial networking Knowledge of TCP/IP networking and RF fundamentals Comfortable working at heights Strong communication skills and team mindset Willingness to travel
Pay:
$21.00 - $43.00 per hour
