In this energetic role, you'll be at the forefront of motorcycle and all-terrain vehicle (ATV) repairs, ensuring each vehicle operates at peak performance. Your expertise will help riders enjoy safe, reliable adventures while you develop your skills in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Whether you're diagnosing engine issues or fine-tuning suspension systems, your hands-on work will make a real difference for enthusiasts and everyday riders alike. Duties Perform comprehensive inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on motorcycles, ATVs, and powersports vehicles using advanced diagnostic tools and mechanical knowledge. Troubleshoot electrical systems, engine performance issues, brake systems, suspension components, and mechanical systems with precision. Utilize hand tools, power tools, soldering irons, and assembly techniques to repair or rebuild vehicle parts. Conduct basic vehicle troubleshooting to identify issues quickly and accurately, ensuring timely service delivery. Complete vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes, brake repairs, tire replacements, suspension repairs/adjustments, and engine tune-ups. Use diagnostics to pinpoint problems efficiently and ensure all repairs meet safety standards. Assist customers by explaining repairs, recommending maintenance solutions, and providing excellent service to enhance their experience. Skills Proven dealership experience or service technician background in automotive or powersports repair. Strong mechanical knowledge of motorcycle operation and all-terrain vehicle systems. Skilled in Japanese and European motorcycle engine system repair and electrical diagnostics with experience using diagnostic tools. Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, , soldering devices, and other mechanical repair instruments. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when handling motorcycle parts or heavy components during repairs. Knowledge of motorcycle diagnostics to identify issues efficiently across various mechanical systems. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly. Experience with suspension systems repair and powersports engine repair is highly desirable. Familiarity with basic vehicle troubleshooting techniques and assembly processes.
