Job Description
Do you have great problem solving and mechanical skills? Do you already have experience as a mechanic and want a better work environment, with potential to own your own shop in the future? Located in Hayward, we specialize in service and repair of Harley Davidson motorcycles, performance engine work, collision repair and insurance work, and dyno tuning. Part-time or full-time position available. We have been in the business for 19 years and are one of the premier Harley Davidson service, repair, performance and customization shops in the area. We are counted on by Harley enthusiasts within hundreds of miles as their go to mechanic and he's well vetted
- a top tier professional at the more complex dyno tuning, squeezing maximum performance and reliability out of engines.
Rate of Pay:
Dependent on experienceResponsibilities:
- Repair and service Harley Davidson motorcycles
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance
- Use diagnostic tools to test vehicle components
- Perform quality inspections prior to returning the vehicle to the customer
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Harley mechanic is required.
- Knowledge of shop equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Common sense!
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Basic computer skills Applicant must have:
- clean driving record
- have a Class M1 Motorcycle license or willing to acquire within 6 months of employment
