This position requires someone with hands on experience in marine fiberglass repair, gel coat restoration/repair, color matching, buffing, polishing, and cosmetic refinishing. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work and can produce high quality showroom-ready work.
Responsibilies:
Perform gel coat repairs including: chips, cracks, gouges, oxidation, and other cosmetic defects. Complete fiberglass structural and cosmetic repairs Match gel coat colors and blend repairs seamlessly Sand, compound, buff, and polish to a high-quality finish Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards
Requirements:
Experience in marine gel coat and fiberglass preferred Ability to color match and attention to detail Fimiliar with fiberglass repair mateirials, compounds, and equipment Reliable and able to work independently
Pay:
$19.00 - $21.00 per hour
