Job Description

We are a small, family-owned marine repair shop located in beautiful Lake Almanor, California. With a loyal and expanding customer base, we currently have more than enough work to support a full team, and we're looking for the right person to step in as our Lead Mechanic.
Starting Wage Range:
$30.00 - $35.00/hr •Wage negotiable, depending on experience•About the
Role:
This is a hands-on leadership position for a highly experienced marine mechanic who can take charge of diagnostics, repairs, and workflow in a busy shop environment. You'll be working alongside our current mechanic while helping us expand to meet demand.
What We're Looking For:
Extensive experience working on: Outboard engines Inboard engines Stern drives (I/O) V-drive systems Personal watercraft (PWC) Strong knowledge of electrical systems and overall marine mechanical repair Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot efficiently Must have your own tools Leadership skills and the ability to help guide future team growth
