Job Description

Evolution Motorcycles is looking for an experienced Motorcycle Technician to join our growing team in Santa Clara.

We are a busy, year-round motorcycle service shop specializing in Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki, Suzuki, KTM, Ducati, Triumph, and BMW motorcycles. If you enjoy diagnostics, repairs, performance upgrades, suspension work, accessory installation, and working on a wide variety of motorcycles, we'd like to talk with you. Requirements:
2+ years mechanical experience, preferred with Metric bikes. Own Tools, shop and specialty tools provided. Ability to work independently, troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical or electrical problems Basic motorcycle service and repair skills, including tire change, scheduled maintenance, Engine and performance upgrades, Accessory installation. Handlebar, Shocks Etc. Excellent customer service skills. Valid driver's license with M1.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform mechanical repairs and maintenance on vehicles
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot automotive issues using diagnostic tools
  • Assemble and disassemble vehicle components as needed
  • Weld and fabricate metal parts as necessary
  • Conduct vehicle inspections and recommend necessary repairs
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers
  • Keep accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed
Qualifications:
  • Strong mechanical knowledge and experience in automotive repair
  • Ability to use power tools and automotive diagnostic equipment
  • Experience working in a dealership or automotive repair shop is preferred
  • Proficient in vehicle maintenance procedures and best practices
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
