We pride ourselves on delivering top-tier workmanship, reliability, and customer service across a wide range of marine electrical systems. Operating from our 5,000 sq ft facility, we support both in-house projects and mobile service visits, allowing us to work directly on vessels at marinas, shipyards, and private docks throughout the region. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Yacht Electrical Technician / Marine Electrical Technician with a strong background working on larger vessels and yachts. This role involves diagnosing, installing, maintaining, and repairing complex marine electrical systems both dockside, onboard and in our workshop. Key Responsibilities Install, troubleshoot, and repair marine electrical systems on yachts and large vessels Work with AC/DC systems, shore power, generators, batteries, and distribution panels Diagnose faults using testing equipment and technical documentation Perform system upgrades, refits, and new installations Interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings Ensure all work complies with marine safety standards and regulations Collaborate with team members, captains, and clients to deliver high-quality service Requirements Proven experience as a Marine Electrician or Yacht Electrical Technician Experience with refits and new builds Knowledge of marine industry standards and compliance Experience with navigation systems, NMEA networks, and marine electronics Hands-on experience working on larger vessels / yachts (50ft+) Strong knowledge of marine AC/DC systems, battery systems, and charging systems Experience with shore power systems, inverters, and generators Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and schematics Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to work flexible hours and occasional weekends as needed Preferred Qualifications ABYC certification or equivalent marine electrical certification Major brand certifications What We Offer Overtime opportunities Career growth within a fast-growing marine company Work on high-end yachts and exciting projects Supportive, team-oriented environment How to Apply Apply directly through Indeed or send your resume to .
