Small Engine Mechanic

SCI Roofing is seeking a reliable, skilled, and motivated Small Engine Mechanic to join our team. This is a full-time, in-house position responsible for maintaining and repairing roofing and construction equipment used in daily operations. We are looking for someone with hands-on experience repairing and maintaining small engines and power equipment. This role requires strong mechanical knowledge, organization, and the ability to work independently. ResponsibilitiesSmall Engine Repair & Maintenance Diagnose and repair small engines and mechanical equipment Perform preventative maintenance on equipment Maintain repair and maintenance schedules Ensure all equipment is safe and operational Equipment Experience Preferred Experience working on: Forklifts Pressure washers Blowers Scarifiers Roofing and construction equipment Additional Duties Maintain organization of tools and equipment Track equipment usage and condition Assist with maintaining a clean and safe work environment Qualifications Small engine repair experience is required Strong organizational and record-keeping skills Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently Must be dependable and punctual Ability to lift and move materials and equipment as needed Benefits Flexible schedule Paid time off People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply.
