Job Description
Overview Join our team as a Ducati Motorcycle Technician, where passion for high-performance motorcycles meets expert craftsmanship. In this role, you will be at the forefront of maintaining, repairing, and optimizing some of the most iconic motorcycle brands in the industry. Your expertise will ensure each motorcycle operates at peak performance, delivering exhilarating riding experiences to our valued customers. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and advanced diagnostic tools in a fast-paced, energetic environment dedicated to excellence and innovation. Duties Perform comprehensive inspections and diagnostics on Ducati motorcycles using advanced automotive and motorcycle diagnostic tools. Conduct repairs and maintenance on mechanical systems including engines, suspensions, brakes, electrical components, and chassis assemblies. Troubleshoot electrical diagnostics issues such as wiring faults, sensor failures, and electronic control units (ECUs). Repair and replace components related to powersports engine systems, suspension setups, brake systems, etc. Assemble motorcycles after repairs or upgrades ensuring proper alignment, torque specifications, and safety standards are met. Assist customers by providing expert advice on vehicle maintenance needs and explaining repair procedures clearly to enhance their riding experience. Skills Proven dealership experience with a strong background in service technician roles specializing in motorcycles or powersports vehicles. Extensive knowledge of motorcycle engine systems repair, mechanical systems repair, and vehicle troubleshooting techniques. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools for powersports diagnostics and electrical diagnostics to identify issues quickly. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, soldering devices, and other mechanical repair tools. Experience with all-terrain vehicle repair and motorcycle operation is highly desirable. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while handling motorcycle parts or components during repairs. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally. Experience We are looking for a technician with a minimum of 2 years experience working in a powersports dealership.
