Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Golf Cart Mechanic to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide variety of golf carts to ensure optimal performance and safety. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced automotive technicians who thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering top-quality service. Your expertise will directly contribute to providing exceptional customer experiences and maintaining our fleet of high-performance golf carts. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive tools and equipment to identify mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on golf carts. Conduct repairs including brake systems, suspension components, electrical wiring, welding, soldering, and assembly tasks. Maintain detailed service records, including inspection reports, repair logs, and maintenance schedules. Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy lifting techniques to complete repairs efficiently and safely. Troubleshoot complex mechanical problems with precision, ensuring all repairs meet safety standards and manufacturer specifications. Assist with vehicle maintenance routines such as oil changes, tire replacements, brake adjustments, and suspension servicing. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of service orders while providing excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly. Skills Proven dealership experience or extensive service technician background in automotive repair. Strong mechanical knowledge with expertise in automotive diagnostics and troubleshooting techniques. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, soldering techniques, and heavy lifting safety procedures. Experience in vehicle assembly, brake repair, suspension work, and general automotive maintenance. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information effectively. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
