Pay & Benefits $25.00-$28.00 per hour Competitive pay with performance-based incentives Paid manufacturer training and certification Ongoing professional development opportunities Paid holidays Paid vacation Stable, full-time employment Opportunity to work with leading marine brands What You'll Do Diagnose and repair outboard motors and select inboard engines Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and fuel system issues Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes, tune-ups, and winterization Install marine electronics, steering systems, controls, and accessories Conduct inspections and ensure repairs meet manufacturer standards Occasionally perform river tests to verify repair quality and performance Explain repairs and maintenance recommendations to customers Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Qualifications Mechanical repair experience preferred (marine, automotive, diesel, powersports, agricultural, or heavy equipment) Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Ability to read and interpret technical manuals Basic hand tools required Valid driver's license Ability to maneuver boat trailers Positive attitude and willingness to learn Why Join Mart Marine?
