• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on small engines and equipment
• Install snowplows and fabricate mounting hardware for trucks
• Perform electrical diagnostics on plows and small engines, find resolution
• Diagnose mechanical issues and provide appropriate solutions
• Identify hydraulic fittings and build hoses
• Conduct inspections to identify potential problems and prevent breakdowns
• Complete work orders and maintain accurate records of services performed
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in automotive tech.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a mechanic or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and components
• Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
