Job Description

Motorcycle Mechanic / Technician EPM Motorsports | Chicago, IL Full-Time | $20.00-$40.00/hour EPM Motorsports is looking for an experienced Motorcycle Mechanic / Technician to join our growing Chicago service department. We service Harley-Davidson, Japanese, European, vintage, and modern motorcycles. We don't expect every technician to specialize in every brand. We want to identify your strengths and put you where you perform best. Harley technicians will primarily work within our Harley department, while Japanese and European technicians will primarily work within those areas of the shop. What matters most to us is quality workmanship, attention to detail, and teamwork. Requirements 3+ years of professional motorcycle repair experience Own professional-grade tools Strong mechanical and diagnostic ability Ability to work independently Ability to communicate and work well with others Attention to detail and pride in workmanship Willingness to follow OEM procedures and specifications This is not an entry-level position. Professional motorcycle repair experience is required. About the Position EPM is a busy, year-round motorcycle shop. Our technicians are paid hourly, not flat-rate , allowing us to prioritize quality over rushing jobs or competing with one another for work. We believe in teamwork. No technician is expected to know everything, and asking questions or sharing knowledge with other technicians is encouraged.
Our goal is simple:
provide the customer with a properly repaired motorcycle that we're proud to put the EPM name behind. Compensation $20.00-$40.00 per hour Starting compensation is based on experience and skill level, with room to grow based on performance and quality of work. Full-Time | Year-Round |
