We service a wide range of powersports vehicles and operate to OEM-level standards . If you're adaptable, detail-oriented, and take pride in doing the job right, we offer stable, consistent work with no flat-rate pressure. About EPM Motorsports EPM Motorsports specializes in powersports as a whole . The majority of the vehicles we service are two-wheeled and four-wheeled powersports vehicles , including motorcycles, ATVs, and UTVs. On occasion, we also accept jet skis and snowmobiles . Technicians who succeed at EPM do so not because they are locked into one brand, but because they have strong fundamentals and are willing to apply their experience across different makes, models, and years. Year-Round Work & Job Stability EPM Motorsports operates year-round and has successfully defied the seasonality typically associated with motorcycle shops in Chicago. While the warmer months are naturally our busiest, the shop remains consistently busy throughout the winter with ongoing projects, larger repairs, restorations, and regular incoming work. New vehicles continue to come in during the winter months. If you are adaptable and fit well within our team chemistry, consistent work and job security are guaranteed . What You'll Work On Motorcycles across multiple manufacturers(Japanese, European, American, vintage, and modern) Street, sport, cruiser, touring, and specialty motorcycles ATVs and UTVs Occasional personal watercraft and snowmobiles Diagnostics, maintenance, repairs, and select custom or restoration work Adapting to the EPM Mentality In the beginning, new technicians may be exposed to a wide range of projects and vehicle types . This is intentional and designed to see how you adapt, problem-solve, and respond to the EPM mentality . This is not meant to set anyone up for failure. Our shop does not bring in work that our existing staff is not already comfortable handling. From mechanics to the front office, we operate with the mindset that we are Powersports Professionals —and that if a customer has a powersports-related problem, EPM Motorsports has a solution . You will not be left on your own. As you settle in and find your groove, your regular workload will naturally shift toward the areas where you excel and produce at your highest level . Responsibilities Diagnose and repair powersports vehicles accurately and efficiently Perform engine, fuel, cooling, brake, suspension, and electrical work Take ownership of repairs from diagnosis through completion Communicate findings clearly with management and service writers Document work properly in our shop management system Maintain a clean, organized workspace Uphold EPM Motorsports' quality and safety standards Required Qualifications 3+ years professional motorcycle or powersports mechanic experience Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and responsibly Attention to detail and pride in workmanship Must have and maintain your own professional-grade tools Valid driver's license Preferred (But Not Required) Experience across multiple brands or vehicle types Vintage or carbureted motorcycle experience Powersports experience beyond motorcycles Engine rebuild or deeper mechanical work Compensation & Benefits $20.00
