Job Description

Company Overview:
Our client is a prominent golf cart service provider, working with golf courses nationwide. They are dedicated to maintaining top-notch fleets of golf carts, providing reliable service and maintenance to ensure smooth operations at golf courses.
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and personable Golf Cart Service Technician to service and maintain golf cart fleets at golf courses in and around South Bend, IN. This role involves traveling to various golf courses, performing mechanical work, conducting routine maintenance, and interacting directly with clients. Candidates should have a strong mechanical background and enjoy working independently while managing inventory and service schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform mechanical repairs and routine maintenance on golf cart fleets. Travel to golf courses in South Bend, IN and surrounding areas to service client golf carts. Manage inventory, including tools, company vehicle, and iPad. Communicate effectively with clients to provide excellent customer service. Maintain flexibility in scheduling and independently manage your daily service routes. Ensure accurate records of repairs and services performed.
Qualifications:
10+ years of mechanical experience required, preferably with small engine repair. Experience with golf cart motors preferred. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with customers. High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or diploma preferred. Willingness to travel overnight approximately three times per month. Ability to manage inventory and maintain organization of tools and equipment.
