Our award-winning Service Department is looking for an experienced Motorcycle Technician ready to turn wrenches with pride, precision, and passion. If you're an expert in your craft and want to work alongside professionals who take the Harley legend seriously, this is your next career move. What You'll Do Diagnose, service, and repair Harley-Davidson motorcycles to factory standards. Perform maintenance, customizations, and performance upgrades with accuracy and care. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace. Communicate clearly with Service Advisors and customers about work performed. Stay current with Harley-Davidson certifications, tools, and technologies. Mentor junior technicians and uphold a culture of craftsmanship and teamwork. What We're Looking For 2+ years of Harley-Davidson or V-Twin experience required (Master or Expert-level preferred). Technical certification from MMI or H-D University a plus. Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills. Dependable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented. Team player with a positive attitude and a passion for motorcycles.
