Job Summary DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Marine Inboard & Systems Technician to join our team. This position focuses on the installation, maintenance, and repair of inboard engines, propulsion systems, and onboard mechanical and electrical systems. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience working with diesel and gasoline inboards, fuel systems, plumbing, and marine electrical systems.

Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose, repair, and maintain inboard engines (gas & diesel) and propulsion systemsService and install fuel, exhaust, and cooling systemsTroubleshoot and repair marine electrical and hydraulic systemsWork on plumbing, sanitation, and HVAC systems as neededConduct routine maintenance and system inspectionsEnsure all work meets industry safety and quality standardsCommunicate with service advisors and customers regarding repairs and maintenance recommendationsMaintain a clean and organized workspaceQualifications & SkillsExperience with inboard marine engines (Yanmar, Cummins, Volvo Penta, Caterpillar, etc.)Strong knowledge of marine electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systemsAbility to troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues efficientlyFamiliarity with marine service tools and diagnostic equipmentAbility to read and follow technical manuals and schematicsBasic fabrication and welding skills (preferred but not required)Strong attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality workmanshipAbility to work independently and as part of a teamValid driver's license and ability to work in various weather conditionsBenefitsCompetitive pay based on experienceHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysOpportunities for training and professional developmentWork in a dynamic and growing marine industry environmentHow to ApplyInterested candidates should submit a resume and cover letter detailing their relevant experience.
