Flexible Schedule Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance on a variety of small engines and equipment used in lawn and landscape services. Diagnose and repair issues with the fleet, ensuring equipment is in optimal working condition. Work independently or collaboratively with a team to address maintenance and repair tasks. Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used. Collaborate with other team members to prioritize and schedule equipment maintenance. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while performing maintenance tasks.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a small engine mechanic. Knowledge of two-stroke and four-stroke engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical systems. Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair small engine problems efficiently. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Flexibility in working independently or as part of a team. Excellent communication skills. Physical ability to lift and maneuver heavy equipment and able to lift 50lbs or more.
