About the Opportunity If you enjoy working with your hands, being around boats, and learning new skills, this is an excellent opportunity to grow in the marine industry. We are seeking a Mobile Maintenance Technician to support our Waterford and Harrison locations. Along with the Surrounding area This role is ideal for someone mechanically inclined who enjoys variety—working indoors, outdoors, and on the road. You'll help keep our boats looking great, assist the sales team, and perform maintenance tasks depending on certifications across both locations. You'll receive hands-on training from certified marine technicians and gain exposure to real-world marine service operations. For someone looking to build a long-term career in the boating world, this is a strong place. What You'll Do Mobile Sales Support Travel between Waterford and Harrison Township to support sales operations Move, stage, and position boats at both locations Assist with unit preparation and customer delivery readiness Keep boats, displays, and work areas clean, organized, and presentable Support the sales team with general tasks that keep both stores running smoothly Mobile Light-Duty Maintenance (Training provided — no prior marine experience required) Change engine oil and gear lube Replace fuel filters and batteries Install basic electronics (stereos, depth finders, VHF radios) Assist with trailer light repairs and accessory mounting Support winterization tasks during the fall season Perform basic diagnostic checks and report issues to senior technicians And more if certified Training & Growth We believe in developing talent.
