Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Marine & Powersports Technician, where your passion for watercraft and recreational vehicles meets hands-on expertise! In this energetic role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide variety of marine engines, personal watercraft, ATVs, snowmobiles, and other powersports equipment. Your mechanical skills will help ensure our customers' adventures are safe, reliable, and exciting. Responsibilities Perform detailed diagnostics using automotive and powersports-specific tools to identify mechanical, electrical, and engine issues. Conduct routine maintenance such as oil changes, brake repairs, suspension adjustments, and engine tune-ups to keep equipment running smoothly. Repair or replace components including belts, hoses, spark plugs, and other essential parts using hand tools, power tools, and soldering techniques. Assemble new units and perform quality inspections to ensure all products meet safety standards before delivery or sale. Maintain accurate service records and documentation for all repairs performed. Winterizations and Shrink Wrap Experience Pay will depend on experience. Good attitude and willing to learn. We will glady teach the right candidate.
