Job Description

Now Hiring:
Marine Mechanic - Join Our Team on the St. Croix River! We're looking for a skilled Marine Technician to join our team at Wolf Marina Cooperative Association in Stillwater, MN. If you've got a passion for boats, engines, and river life, we want to hear from you! This position requires a high-level mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and diagnostic software experience. The ideal candidate is self-driven, reliable and has a large amount of mechanical experience. The marine technician will perform maintenance and repairs on all types of marine products.
What You'll Do:
Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair inboard/outboard and outboard engines, electrical systems, and other boat systems Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and winterizations Install electronic accessories Install accessories such as ladders and barbecue grills Collaborate with a friendly, hardworking marina crew
What We're Looking For:
Experience working with marine engines and mechanical systems preferred Previous marine/powersport mechanics or experience Mechanical knowledge Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team A positive attitude and respect for safety and cleanliness Detail orientated and takes pride in a job done right
