Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marine Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing outboards and inboard engine. Your expertise will ensure the safe and efficient operation of vessels and related machinery, supporting our commitment to excellence in marine services. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for marine mechanics, electrical systems, and hands-on technical work to make a tangible impact in a fast-paced environment. Duties Perform routine and preventive maintenance, and small repairs on marine vessels and water transportation equipment. Utilize hand tools. Assist with installation of components on vessels or related equipment. Follow safety protocols by properly using personal protective equipment (PPE) during all maintenance activities. Maintain detailed service records, maintenance logs, and repair documentation to ensure compliance with operational standards. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding repair status or technical issues. Skills Know how to use hand tools. Basic understanding of 12v system and or willingness to learn. Military background a big plus. Be mechanically incline. Experience with vessels are a plus Basic understanding of boats. Strong customer service skills coupled with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients or team members.
