Role:

As a Boat Builder with Vealey Group clients, you will play a crucial role in constructing, assembling, and repairing boats and water transportation equipment. This position offers a hands-on opportunity to work with cutting-edge marine systems, diverse tools, and advanced fabrication techniques, ensuring every vessel meets stringent safety codes, quality standards, and customer requirements.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in boat building, marine maintenance, or service technician roles Strong mechanical skills and knowledge of marine mechanics, diesel engines, or ship electrical systems Ability to read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, and troubleshooting manuals Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding, soldering, and precision measuring instruments Experience in maintenance, repair and operations (MRO), fabrication, sheet metal work, and handling heavy materials Familiarity with marine propulsion systems maintenance and electrical diagnostics is a plus Excellent customer service skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team A solid commitment to safety standards, including proper personal protective equipment (PPE) use and regulatory compliance •Required Pre-Employment Screening includes background and drug screen•If you're passionate about quality craftsmanship and ready to contribute to an innovative marine manufacturing team, we encourage you to apply today!
