Overview We are seeking a motivated Marine Systems Technician/Boat Builder to head up the Rigging Department. In this role, you will be responsible for systems, electronics, hardware and engine installations on boats ranging from 14 to 40'. You will be responsable for the rigging team working under your supervision. This position offers an exciting opportunity to become one of the key leaders of an industry leading company. Responsibilities Install Electronics packages, Electrical systems, Plumbing systems, Inboard and Outboard motors and General hardware. Oversee individuals working n the rigging department. Specify parts required for Custom Builds. Experience Marine Electronics installation experience in brands such as Garmin and Simrad. Service technician experience in marine or vehicle maintenance environments is highly desirable Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in marine engine repair and mechanical systems repair Familiarity with marine electrical systems maintenance, electrical diagnostics, and troubleshooting marine electrical systems Familiarity with

NEMA2000

systems as well as other CAN bus systems. Knowledge of ABYC standards, wire sizing standards as well as other marine standards.
