Job Description

Clarks Landing Yacht Sales & Marina is seeking an experienced marine professional to join our growing service team. We are looking to add an Assistant Service Manager who can help support our busy service department while providing technical expertise to our technicians and riggers. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced marine technician who enjoys troubleshooting, mentoring younger technicians, and taking on additional responsibility within a well-established organization. Salary range dependent on experience
What You'll Do :
Assist with scheduling and coordinating service work Support technicians with diagnostics and troubleshooting Communicate with customers regarding repairs and service updates Help manage repair orders and workflow Assist with warranty administration and manufacturer communications Perform diagnostics and repairs when needed Work closely with our Service Manage to make sure an exceptional customer experience
What We're Looking For:
Marine industry experience required Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills Mercury, Yamaha, diesel, or systems experience preferred Organized and capable of managing multiple priorities Strong communication and customer service skills Positive attitude and willingness to support a team environment Leadership experience is a plus but not required Why Clarks Landing?
