The small engine mechanic will independently perform diagnostics, service repairs and maintenance work on customer and dealer owned lawn and outdoor power equipment.

Essential Functions:

Performs basic diagnostics and repairs on lawn equipment. Participates in all job-related training and development. Fills out and completes work orders for repair jobs assigned. Maintains current knowledge of products. Maintains condition of shop, inventory, tools, and equipment. Maintains a clean work area and performs work in a neat and orderly fashion Follows all safety rules

M-F Qualifications:

Valid, clean driver's license is required Proficient oral and written communication skills Proficient knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems used in the repair of equipment Ability to perform basic repairs and required maintenance on engines using special tools and equipment Must have own tools
