We're a small, hands-on team that takes pride in doing the job right. If you like solving problems with your hands and want to grow with a shop that's building something real, this might be the right fit. What You'll Be Doing Diagnose and repair small engine equipment (pressure washers, generators, etc.) Learn to service and repair airless paint sprayers (training provided) Help customers at the counter with equipment drop-offs and basic questions Keep track of repair jobs and communicate simple updates to customers Maintain a clean, organized shop and basic parts inventory Test equipment after repairs to make sure it's running properly and up to our standards Qualifications Mechanical repair experience (required) Experience with small engines, power equipment, or paint sprayers preferred Ability to diagnose mechanical issues and complete repairs independently Comfortable working with customers and explaining repairs Organized and reliable Basic computer skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Valid driver's license Ability to lift and move heavy equipment (50-100 lbs with assistance when needed) Comfortable standing for extended periods and working in a shop environment Able to use basic hand and power tools safely What We Offer Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Full-time stable schedule Paid training Opportunity to grow with a local, expanding shop Hands-on work with a wide variety of equipment Supportive small team environment
