GOLF CART MECHANIC

Key Qualities of the

Successful Candidate:

Experience in small engine repair and service. Knowledge of and experience in repair and service of golf carts Dependable and punctual Honest and trustworthy Good communication skills, both verbal and written Positive attitude Physically capable of repair activities, ability to lift 60 lbs Able to communicate well with customers and team members, and get along with all types of people Manages time wisely Team player Must pass drug test, background check, and have a clean driving record

Duties and Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair golf carts, both gasoline and electric Document in writing the steps taken and repairs performed Education and Experience Preferred but not Required High School Diploma or Equivalent Certificate 2-5 years or more experience in repair and service of golf carts, especially electric golf carts experience working on Club Car brand is preferred but not required Experience in assemble and disassemble golf cart, lifted, change body install wheels

Compensation :

Full time 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday. No weekends required. $22-26 Per Hour DOE for first 3 Months $26-32 Per Hour 3+ Months depending on performance and experience $40 Per Hour Flat Rate/Piece Rate For Highly Skilled Golf Carts Mechanics Health Insurance Offered Retirement Plan Offered 401K Matching Offered 40 Hours PTO Each Year After One Year Working for Company 80 Hours PTO Each Year After Three Years Working for Company
