Powersports ATV Motorcycle Technician

Overview We are seeking a skilled and experienced Powersports Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in automotive diagnostics and repair, demonstrating mechanical knowledge and proficiency with hand and power tools. This role requires a dedicated individual who can lead by example, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Requirements / Responsibilities

Proven experience as a service technician or mechanic within a dealership or automotive repair setting. Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics, repair processes, and mechanical systems. Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physical tasks associated with vehicle maintenance. Provide prompt, dependable, high quality vehicle service to customers. Complete repair work within the scheduled or allotted time period. Request parts for the job as early as possible when needs become known. Perform service and repair work in accordance with factory specifications. Keep work area organized and clean and assist in maintaining shop cleanliness. Maintain tech qualifications by completing necessary training and programs assigned to you by the Service Manager. Motorcycle license. Experience with Yamaha branded product and plus. Customer Service/Dealer commitments Be a good human and be a team player. Keep customer vehicles clean and in same shape or better than when it was dropped off. Model superior customer service behavior for all interactions with customers and fellow employees. Be prompt and available for all scheduled shifts. Focus on quality- minimize come-backs and deal with them promptly.
