Summary As a Service Technician at Cart Mart, Inc., you will play a vital role in maintaing and servicing our range of golf carts and electric vehicles. Located in San Marcos, CA, this position is essential to ensure customer satisfaction and operational exellence as we continue to grow. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on golf carts and small electric vehicles. Utilize diagnostic tools such as a voltmeter to troubleshoot electrical issues. Conduct preventative maintenance checks to ensure vehicle reliability. Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer satisfaction. Requirements Proven experience as a Service Technician or similar role in the automotive, electric vehicle, and power sports industries. Strong knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques. Ability to use diagnostic tools effectively, including an voltmeter. Excellent communication skills, bilingual a plus. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
