Marine Technician

• Overview:

• We are seeking a skilled Marine Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diagnostics, mechanical systems, electrical systems, assembly, and boat/PWC maintenance. Vessels range from small John boats up to 50-meter yachts. Diesel, Gasoline and more. Opportunity to use company truck if pass a background check and drug screening

• Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and repair tasks on marine equipment and systems, either at shop or on-site with client/marina
• Troubleshoot electrical systems and perform repairs as needed
• Solder and assemble components to ensure proper functioning
• Conduct maintenance and repairs on marine vessels
• Utilize power tools for fabrication and repair tasks
• Use an ohmmeter to diagnose electrical issues accurately

• Skills:

• Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments
• Strong electrical system troubleshooting skills
• Experience in soldering and assembling components
• Knowledge of vessel maintenance practices
• Ability to operate power tools effectively
• Familiarity with using an ohmmeter for diagnostics
