Job Description
Small Engine Mechanic Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Small Engine Mechanic for a company based in Columbia, TN. In this role, you will have the opportunity to build your technical career while supporting a productive service team dedicated to keeping outdoor power equipment operating safely, reliably, and efficiently. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented technician who enjoys hands-on mechanical work, problem-solving, and delivering excellent customer service. Pay Rate $20.00 per hour Schedule and Hours Monday-Friday Small Engine Mechanic Specialist Duties and Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and maintain small engines and outdoor power equipment. Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues. Service lawn mowers, chainsaws, trimmers, generators, and similar equipment. Deliver quality repairs while providing excellent customer service and meeting service deadlines. Small Engine Mechanic Qualifications and Requirements Must provide and maintain your own tools. Must have small engine repair or maintenance of some kind Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and repair engine, electrical, and mechanical issues. Ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams. Capable of lifting and handling equipment safely. Professional communication and customer service skills. Job Type Full-time, temporary Benefits
