We're looking for a skilled technician who can diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs/side-by-sides, and other powersports equipment. If you're an experienced tech who takes pride in quality work and wants the opportunity to earn more based on productivity, we'd like to hear from you. Compensation Our compensation structure provides technicians with a guaranteed $20/hour during an introductory ramp-up period of up to 90 days while they become familiar with our brands, systems, and service processes. Experienced technicians who demonstrate the ability to meet production expectations may transition to the flat-rate pay structure sooner. Our performance-based flat-rate plan begins at $40/flag hour , with additional earning potential based on monthly productivity: $40/flag hour through 120 flagged hours per month $45/flag hour for each flagged hour over 120 per month $50/flag hour for each flagged hour over 160 per month Technicians are paid biweekly. Flag-hour productivity tiers are calculated monthly, with any additional earnings generated by the higher productivity tiers paid on the designated biweekly payroll according to the company payroll calendar. The introductory hourly rate provides income stability while technicians get up to speed, while experienced and productive technicians have the opportunity to move into the flat-rate structure based on demonstrated performance. Our compensation structure rewards experienced, efficient technicians for their productivity. What You'll Do Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs/SXSs, and other powersports equipment Perform routine maintenance and complex mechanical repairs Diagnose mechanical and electrical concerns Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship Work on a variety of makes and models Accurately document work performed Maintain an organized and professional work area What We're Looking For 2+ years of professional powersports technician experience preferred Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability Experience servicing multiple types of powersports equipment Manufacturer or Master-level certifications are a plus Comprehensive set of personal technician tools; specialty tools are provided as needed Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Dependable, organized, self-motivated, and punctual
Manufacturer Training & Certification:
Opportunities are available to pursue and maintain OEM certifications. For approved in-person manufacturer training, the company covers applicable travel, lodging, meals, and training-related expenses. Certain certification programs require technicians to complete prerequisite online coursework.
