Full Job Description Overview:

Join a family-oriented company that values personal and professional growth. Position Overview We are currently seeking a Technician to join our Harley-Davidson team! We offer competitive pay with monthly bonuses!!
Responsibilities:
Provide prompt, dependable, high quality, vehicle service to (internal & external) customers. Provide related technical assistance and explanation of mechanical diagnoses and required repairs in a non-technical manner to service advisors and customers. Designs, modifies, and fabricates related electrical systems and repairs/replaces malfunctioning electrical components. Document all work performed and reccomended on the repair order Examine assigned motorocycle to determine if further safety or service work is required or recommended. Continuously learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions.
Qualifications:
Hold a valid license with motorcycle endorsement. Minimum 3 years of motorcycle technician experience MMI Certification for Harley-Davidson Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service. Working knowledge of shop equipment and electrical circuits. Ability to push, strap to lift, diagnose, work on, and test ride all HD motorcycles Must successfully complete a pre-employment background & drug screening. Why Ed Morse?
