[$20/HR-$27/HR] based on experience and skill About Us Golf Cart Solution Inc. is looking for a reliable, skilled, and motivated Golf Cart Mechanic to join our team. We specialize in golf cart sales, service, repairs, upgrades, and custom builds. We are looking for someone who takes pride in quality work, has strong mechanical skills, and can help keep our customers' carts running safely and efficiently. Job Responsibilities The Golf Cart Mechanic will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, servicing, and maintaining gas and electric golf carts. Responsibilities include:
Diagnose and repair gas and electric golf carts Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and tune-ups Troubleshoot electrical systems, batteries, chargers, controllers, motors, and wiring Repair and replace brakes, suspension parts, steering components, tires, wheels, and accessories Install upgrades such as lights, seats, lift kits, windshields, mirrors, batteries, and custom accessories Test drive carts to ensure proper performance and safety Use our operating system, Lightspeed DMS , to look up customer information, manage work orders, update service notes, track parts, and complete repair documentation Accurately enter labor, parts used, diagnostics, and repair details into Lightspeed DMS Maintain a clean and organized work area Provide excellent service and maintain a professional attitude Qualifications Previous golf cart, small engine, automotive, powersports, or mechanical repair experience is a must. Experience with both gas and electric carts is a plus Ability to diagnose electrical and mechanical issues Ability to learn and use our operating system, Lightspeed DMS Basic computer skills, including entering notes, updating work orders, and looking up service information Experience with dealership management systems, service software, or point-of-sale systems is a plus Basic hand tools preferred Strong attention to detail Reliable transportation and strong attendance Ability to lift heavy parts, batteries, and equipment when needed Valid driver's license preferred Positive attitude and willingness to learn Preferred Experience Golf cart repair Small engine repair Automotive repair Powersports repair Boat repair Battery replacement and testing 36V, 48V, and lithium battery systems Club Car, EZGO, Yamaha, Evolution, ICON, or similar golf cart brands Dealership management systems such as Lightspeed DMS or similar platformsBenefits Competitive pay based on experience Steady work in a growing industry Friendly team environment Opportunities to grow with the company Hands-on work with custom carts, upgrades, and repairsSchedule Monday to Friday Weekend availability may be required during busy seasons How to Apply Please submit your resume or work experience through Indeed.
