Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various types of machinery and equipment. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical systems, as well as the ability to provide excellent customer service. The Mechanic will work closely with clients to ensure their equipment operates efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities Diagnose mechanical issues using appropriate tools and techniques. Perform repairs and maintenance on machinery, ensuring optimal performance. Fabricate parts as needed to replace worn or damaged components. Utilize hand tools and electrical testing equipment, including ohmmeters and calipers. Rig equipment safely for repairs or maintenance tasks. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding repairs and maintenance needs. Assist in heavy lifting and moving of machinery when necessary. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols. Skills Proficient in the use of hand tools and electrical testing devices. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Experience in fabricating parts or components is preferred. Knowledge of rigging techniques for safe equipment handling. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties. Attention to detail in maintaining records of repairs and services performed.
