This position plays a key role in supporting both our regular maintenance operations and our specialty projects, which include welding, painting, spray equipment (Graco), and custom fabrication. What We're Looking For We're in search of an energetic, self-motivated, and reliable individual with: Strong working knowledge of small engine/equipment repair and preventative maintenance Basic computer skills A flexible attitude and the ability to adapt to various tasks and responsibilities Preferred Experience At least 1 year of relevant mechanic experience preferred Work Schedule Monday-Friday , with occasional Saturdays Exact work hours to be discussed during the interview Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair small engines and various equipment Perform routine maintenance and inspections Assist with specialty projects including welding, fabrication, and spray equipment Maintain a clean and organized shop environment Communicate effectively with management and team members Skills & Requirements Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent time management and organizational skills Ability to work independently and under pressure Effective communication with team members and supervisors Valid driver's license Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening Must be able to climb ladders Must provide your own tools Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Paid Time Off (PTO) Career Growth Opportunities "Company" is an Equal Opportunity Employer
