This role involves providing high-quality cleaning and detailing services for boats, ensuring that each vessel is presented in pristine condition. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of boats, including washing, waxing, and buffing surfaces to achieve a high-gloss finish. Detail both the interior and exterior of vessels, ensuring all areas are spotless and well-maintained. Apply window tinting as needed to enhance the appearance and functionality of the boats. Interact with customers to understand their specific detailing needs and provide recommendations based on their preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including tools and equipment used in the detailing process. Drive boats to and from the detailing area as required, ensuring safe handling at all times. Experience Previous experience in boat detailing or similar custodial roles is preferred but not mandatory. Skills in car washing, buffing, and general cleaning techniques are highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. A detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality results in every task performed.
